| In a city where one tends to hear the same tunes of the moment being thrown down nearly everywhere, there is a refreshing oasis by the name of Sunset Sessions where one can go to take in some quality underground house each and every Friday night from 6:00 p.m. until midnight. Located in the Hotel Chesterfield, in the heart of South Beach, Sunset Sessions features residents James Stratus, Alan Stenback, and local female talent Soozin, all bringing “It’s all about the music” to another level. This week, Soozin layeth down some dark, rolling progressive house, creating a smooth journey highlighted nicely by a personal favorite, Fatboy Slim - Star 69. For those who are not in the Miami area, you can still catch Soozin’s sets online, Fridays from 7-9 p.m. EST on www.nsuradio.com, a local radio station, as well as on Sundays from 7-9 p.m. EST on www.pulseradio.net. If you are ever paying a visit, however, be sure to start your weekend off right with the underground sounds of Sunset Sessions.
